ms. hadel from guest relations provided excellent assistance. i found the check-in process smooth. the staff were friendly and professional. ahmed at the front desk was very warm and hospitable.
the corridors to the rooms are dull and dingy, and i found them slightly unappealing.

The beach was clean and beautiful. I especially liked the clear sea. The resort manager Israa was very helpful to ensure everything was smooth. Chef Mahmoud made delicious omelettes. This added to the experience.
The corridors to the rooms had a dull appearance.
